1. Our commitment
We apply privacy by design: data minimisation, documented legal bases, and processor agreements.

2. GDPR roles
DPA: /umowa-powierzenia
- ProperSend as controller — website, waitlist, own marketing;
- ProperSend as processor — prospect/lead data in SaaS on customer instruction;
- ProperSend customer as controller — cold email and contact lists.
3. B2B data sources
Company data may come from public sources including:
- KRS, CEIDG, REGON;
- official company websites;
- public business profiles (e.g. LinkedIn) — only where the customer has a lawful basis consistent with platform ToS; scraping or bulk export without legal review is not recommended;
- customer imports.
4. Security measures
- HTTPS/TLS;
- access control;
- backups;
- minimal third-party scripts; GA only after cookie consent;
