Subprocessors

The following entities process personal data on behalf of ZORDON INTELLIGENCE Sp. z o.o. for https://www.propersend.pl and the waitlist. The list may expand when the SaaS platform launches; B2B customers will be notified of material changes per the DPA.

1. Website and waitlist

Current subprocessors:

Vercel Inc. (USA) — site hosting, CDN, server logs | data: IP, HTTP headers, session cookies | transfer: SCC | https://vercel.com
MailerLite UAB (EU) — waitlist mailing | data: email, signup source, consent version/time, locale, IP, user-agent | https://www.mailerlite.com
Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC (IE/USA) — Google Analytics | data: cookie IDs, visit data | only after cookie consent | SCC | https://policies.google.com/privacy

2. Planned subprocessors (SaaS)

When ProperSend launches as a B2B service, we expect database hosting, outbound email (SMTP/API), monitoring, and backup providers. An updated list will be published here and in customer DPAs.

B2B customers will have objection rights regarding new subprocessors as set out in the DPA.

3. Safeguards

We use data processing agreements (or equivalent terms) requiring appropriate security. Transfers outside the EEA rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other GDPR mechanisms.
