GDPR request templates

These templates help you exercise your GDPR rights with ZORDON INTELLIGENCE Sp. z o.o.. Copy a template, fill in bracketed fields, and send to privacy@propersend.pl. You may also submit a request in any other clear form.
1. General information
Requests are free. Response time: up to 30 days (Art. 12(3) GDPR).
Procedure details: /prawo-do-usuniecia · Privacy Policy: /polityka-prywatnosci.
If a ProperSend customer processed your data, contact that customer as controller.
2. Choose the right template
