Marketing consents

Marketing consent information for ZORDON INTELLIGENCE Sp. z o.o. regarding the ProperSend waitlist and — in the future — separate communication channels. Supplements our Privacy Policy (/polityka-prywatnosci). **Waitlist consent scope must match the form checkbox text exactly.**

1. Data controller

2. Waitlist consent (current)

Joining the waitlist requires explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) via form checkbox. We record consent text version and timestamp.

Current waitlist consent version: 2026-06-13-v3.

Waitlist consent covers only:

  • ProperSend waitlist registration;
  • email about beta launch, early access, and bonuses for waitlisted companies;
  • occasional product updates during beta — only in connection with the waitlist.

3. Data processed under waitlist consent

MailerLite UAB (EU) — mailing processor.

Vercel Inc. — form hosting (technical logs).

  • email address;
  • truncated IP, user-agent, page locale, signup source;
  • consent version and timestamp;
  • basic MailerLite delivery stats (opens/clicks — only as needed for waitlist communication).

4. Retention (waitlist)

  • until consent withdrawal;
  • up to 24 months from last activity;
  • consent proof — 3 years after withdrawal.

5. Future channels — separate consent

The following are not covered by waitlist consent and require a separate checkbox or double opt-in when launched:

  • regular educational newsletter on B2B cold email;
  • promotional offers and discount codes unrelated to the waitlist;
  • webinar and event invitations;
  • SMS / telemarketing.

6. B2B outreach outside waitlist (legitimate interest)

Direct 1:1 B2B contact (outside the waitlist) may rely on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR only after an approved Legitimate Interest Assessment (LIA) — internal doc `docs/compliance/lia-marketing-b2b.md`.

Requires substantive B2B contact, work email, easy opt-out (STOP), and Art. 14 notice on first contact from public sources.

7. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and consent withdrawal.

8. How to withdraw waitlist consent

  • “Unsubscribe” link in every email;
  • email to privacy@propersend.pl (subject: Waitlist consent withdrawal);
  • fulfilment: immediate (link) or within 72 hours (email).

9. Consent text changes

Material checkbox changes bump the consent version (e.g. 2026-06-13-v3) and — where required — we seek renewed consent before new processing purposes.
