Calendar View

The Calendar provides a daily and weekly view of your sending statistics across all campaigns. It helps you spot trends, compare performance day-over-day, and plan future sends. Use it together with Tasks and the Dashboard for a complete daily overview.

When to use the Calendar: To track sending volume patterns, identify which days of the week get the best reply rates, and monitor overall campaign activity at a glance. Also useful after making campaign changes — check whether a new sequence variant improved your reply rate.

Navigate to app.propersend.pl/calendar to view your sending calendar. Switch between daily and weekly layouts using the toggle at the top.

Metrics

Each day in the calendar shows the following metrics:

| Metric | Description | |--------|-------------| | Sent | Messages sent on this day | | Replies | Replies received from leads | | Bounces | Messages that bounced | | Scheduled | Planned sends for upcoming days |

Practical example: If you notice Monday consistently has higher bounce rates, it may indicate that weekend mail server caches are causing delays. Adjust your sending schedule to Tuesday-Thursday for better deliverability. Also check Domain Health if bounces spike suddenly.

Day-over-Day Comparison

The calendar automatically compares today's metrics with the previous day:

  • Sent: +12% (up)
  • Bounces: -3% (down — good sign)
  • Replies: +1 (up)

This makes it easy to see whether your changes (new subject lines, adjusted limits, different send times) are having a positive effect.

Tip: Combine the day-over-day comparison with your Sequence Editor A/B tests. If reply rates increase after switching to a new variant, the calendar will show the trend immediately.

Campaign Scheduling

The calendar also shows scheduled campaigns — which campaigns have sends planned for a given day, how many messages are queued, and what daily limits are configured. This is invaluable for weekly planning: if Wednesday is packed, you might move non-urgent tasks to Thursday.

Integration with Dashboard

The calendar is embedded in the Dashboard as a mini-widget. Click through for the full view. Natural workflow: Dashboard → overall metrics → Calendar → daily drill-down.

Best Practices

  1. Check the calendar every morning — a 30-second glance sets your daily priorities
  2. Watch day-over-day trends — if Sent is dropping, check whether campaigns were paused
  3. React to bounce spikes — if bounces jump on a specific day, review Domain Health and Email Verification
  4. Plan ahead — look at the next 7 days to balance sending volume across the week
  5. Link to tasks — after reviewing the calendar, create Tasks for any follow-up actions needed
