Notification Channels

ProperSend supports four notification channels so you never miss important updates:

  • Email – sent to your account email address
  • Telegram – delivered via the ProperSend bot (requires connecting your Telegram account in Integrations)
  • Push – browser push notifications (PWA) on desktop and mobile
  • In-App – visible under the bell icon in the top navigation bar

When to configure notifications: Immediately after account setup. Choose channels that match your workflow — Telegram for urgent alerts, email for daily digests, and push for real-time updates.

Configure all channels in Settings → Notifications.

Alert Types

Each channel can be individually configured to receive specific alert types:

| Alert Type | Description | Recommended Channel | |------------|-------------|-------------------| | New reply | A lead replied to your campaign — see in Unibox | Telegram (fastest) | | Hot lead | Lead scored high on engagement signals — check in CRM | Telegram or Push | | Low credits | Credit balance below threshold | Email | | High bounce | Bounce rate exceeded limit | Telegram + Email | | Mailbox health | Mailbox reputation issue detected | Telegram | | Subscription expiring | Plan renewal approaching | Email | | Campaign stalled | Campaign stopped due to an error | Telegram + Push | | Daily digest | End-of-day summary of all activity | Email |

Tip: Enable Telegram notifications for time-sensitive alerts like new replies and high bounce rates. Email is better for non-urgent summaries — configure your Daily Digest for a comprehensive overview at the end of each day. Configure all channels in Settings.

Per-Channel Configuration

For each notification channel you can:

  • Enable or disable all notifications
  • Configure each alert type individually (e.g., Telegram only for "New reply" and "Hot lead", Email for the rest)

💡 Tip: For critical alerts (High bounce, Campaign stalled), set up at least 2 channels — e.g., Email + In-App. If one fails, the other will catch it.

Daily Digest

The Daily Digest is an end-of-day summary sent at your chosen time (default: 18:00). It includes:

  • Total messages sent across all active campaigns
  • Number of new replies received in Unibox
  • Active alerts (high bounce, mailbox issues, low credits)
  • Day-over-day statistics for key metrics

Snooze

Configure quiet hours when all non-critical notifications are suppressed:

Example: Set snooze from 22:00 to 08:00 to avoid after-hours alerts. Notifications queued during this time are delivered once the snooze period ends. Check Domain Health alerts don't get snoozed if there's an active issue.

Best Practice: If you work across multiple time zones, set the daily digest to arrive after your latest working hour and snooze overnight to maintain work-life balance.
