Unibox – Unified Inbox

8 min read Last updated: June 23, 2026

What is Unibox?

Unibox is a central inbox that aggregates all replies from all your connected mailboxes in one place. Instead of switching between Gmail, Outlook, and other accounts to check campaign responses, you manage everything from a single interface. It works in real-time via SSE (Server-Sent Events).

When to use Unibox: Daily, after launching campaigns. Unibox is where all lead replies land — instead of checking 5 mailboxes, you check one. This saves roughly 30 minutes per day when running 3+ active campaigns.

Navigate to app.propersend.pl/unibox to see your unified inbox.

Thread View

Messages are automatically grouped into threads by subject line and conversation continuity. Each reply to one of your campaign emails creates a new thread or continues an existing one. This keeps conversations organized and easy to follow, even when a lead replies weeks after the original send.

Practical example: A lead replies to your Day 1 email 10 days later. Unibox connects it to the original thread, showing the full conversation history including all previous campaign messages and replies.

AI Classification

Unibox uses AI to automatically classify each incoming message — no need to manually read every single one to understand what it is. AI analyzes the content in real-time and tags each message.

Intent

| Type | Description | Requires Action? | |------|-------------|-----------------| | campaign_reply | Real human response to your campaign | ✅ Yes — reply to the lead | | bounce | Delivery failure | ⚠️ If many, check Domain Health | | unsubscribe | Opt-out request | ✅ Add to Suppressions | | out_of_office | Auto-reply (vacation/away) | ❌ Ignore — automatic response | | spam | Spam or bulk message | ❌ Ignore | | unknown | Unrecognized type | ⚠️ Check manually |

Sentiment

| Type | Description | Reply Priority | |------|-------------|----------------| | positive | Positive | 🔴 High — potential client, respond quickly | | neutral | Neutral | 🟡 Medium — may be interested, worth engaging | | negative | Negative | 🟢 Low — but still worth a polite response |

Confidence

AI also provides a confidence level (0-1) for each classification. Higher values mean the AI is more certain. Values below 0.5 indicate low confidence — check those manually.

💡 Tip: Filter by intent: campaign_reply and sentiment positive to instantly see the most important messages — leads who are potentially interested. Review the rest later.

AI Draft Replies

For messages classified as campaign_reply, click the AI Draft button to generate a suggested reply based on the incoming message. The AI considers your original campaign message and the lead's response to produce a contextually relevant draft.

You can edit the draft before sending — it's a starting point, not a final answer. This is especially useful when handling high reply volumes across multiple campaigns.

Tags & Real-Time Updates

  • Mark messages as read/unread, starred for follow-up, or archived when resolved
  • New messages appear automatically via SSE (Server-Sent Events) — no page refresh needed
  • Reply directly from Unibox using the same mailbox the original campaign message was sent from

Best Practice: Set up Notifications to receive alerts when new replies arrive in Unibox. This ensures you respond to interested leads quickly — response time correlates directly with conversion rates. For Telegram alerts, see Integrations → Telegram.

Practical Workflow with Unibox

  1. Morning: Open Unibox → filter by campaign_reply → reply to positive messages
  2. During the day: SSE delivers new messages in real-time — react to hot leads immediately
  3. Afternoon: Review unknown messages — check if AI misclassified anything
  4. End of day: Star threads for tomorrow's replies, archive completed conversations

SSE Real-Time

Unibox works in real-time via SSE (Server-Sent Events). New messages appear automatically without page refresh — you won't miss a reply even with Unibox open in the background. The bell icon in the sidebar shows the number of unread messages.

IMAP Sync Status

You can check whether IMAP sync is working correctly for each mailbox. If there's a problem, you'll see an error status with possible solutions. If you see a sync error, check Troubleshooting → IMAP.

Best Practices

  1. Check Unibox 2-3 times daily — fast response increases conversion chances
  2. Use AI filterscampaign_reply + positive is the gold standard for prioritization
  3. Don't ignore unknown — AI can be wrong, check manually
  4. Archive completed threads — keep the view clean, easier to work
  5. Star important threads — mark conversations to return to later
