Dashboard & Navigation
Main View
The Dashboard is your command center in ProperSend. It surfaces the most important information about all your campaigns at a glance — metrics, alerts, and quick actions in one unified view.
Navigate to app.propersend.pl/overview to see your dashboard.
Key Metrics
The top of the dashboard displays key performance indicators across all your active campaigns:
| Metric | Description | |--------|-------------| | Sent | Total messages sent across all campaigns | | Replies | Number of replies received from leads | | Bounces | Number of messages that failed delivery | | Open rate | Percentage of delivered messages that were opened | | Reply rate | Percentage of delivered messages that received a reply | | Bounce rate | Percentage of messages that bounced |
Tip: A healthy bounce rate for cold email campaigns should stay below 3%. Above 5% means you should review your lead source quality and domain configuration. If bounce rate suddenly spikes, check whether your Email Verification settings are active. For detailed benchmarks and strategies, see the cold mailing guide. If reply rate drops below 1%, review your sequence and personalization strategy.
Each metric can be clicked to drill into the detailed view for the specific campaign.
Campaign Overview
Below the key metrics, the dashboard lists all your campaigns with their individual stats:
- Campaign status (running, paused, completed, draft)
- Sent / Replies / Bounce per campaign
- Progress (% of leads processed)
- Quick link to campaign details
Calendar View
The sending calendar visualizes your campaign activity over time:
- Current day – real-time counts of sent, replied, and bounced messages
- History – day-over-day comparison to spot trends
- Scheduled – planned future sends across all campaigns
Go to app.propersend.pl/calendar or click the calendar widget on the dashboard.
Practical example: If you see reply rates dropping on Thursdays, check if your send time shifted later in the day. Adjust your sending schedule to maintain morning delivery.
Quick Actions
From the dashboard you can quickly access:
- Create a new campaign — jump straight to the campaign builder
- Go to the last edited campaign — continue where you left off
- Check incoming replies — open Unibox for new responses
- View alerts — see warnings for high bounce rates, domain issues, or mailbox errors
Navigation
The main navigation is in the left sidebar. Each section provides access to a core module:
| Section | Description | |---------|-------------| | Overview | Dashboard with key metrics and alerts | | Campaigns | Campaign list, creation, and management | | Unibox | Unified inbox for all mailbox replies | | CRM | Lead management and sales pipeline | | Lead Finder | KRS/CEIDG company search | | Mailboxes | Mailbox configuration and warmup | | Calendar | Sending history and schedule | | Tasks | Task management for your team | | Notes | Internal notes on leads and deals | | Settings | Organization, billing, and user settings |
Tip: Use keyboard shortcuts where available — press
?while on the dashboard to see the full list. Configure which alerts appear here in Notifications settings.
Date Filtering
Filter dashboard data by time range to spot trends:
- Last 7 days — default view, good for daily monitoring
- Last 30 days — broader perspective, shows trends (e.g., is reply rate improving?)
- Custom range — pick your own dates (e.g., compare month over month)
Data Export
Export dashboard data to CSV/XLSX for your own analysis in Excel, monthly reports, or team presentations.
Alerts and Notifications
The dashboard shows real-time system alerts — you won't miss important events:
- ⚠️ High bounce rate on a mailbox — check Domain Health
- ⚠️ Domain authentication issues (SPF/DKIM) — immediate intervention required
- ⚠️ Low credits — top up before campaigns stop
- ⚠️ Campaign completed or stalled — review stats
Tip: Configure Notifications in settings. You can receive alerts via email, Telegram, or push notifications — choose the channel that works for you. Critical alerts (high bounce, domain issues) are best set to Telegram for immediate reaction.
Best Practices
- Start your day with the dashboard — 2 minutes to review metrics and alerts
- Monitor bounce rate — if it rises, react immediately (check Domain Health and email verification)
- Compare periods — use date filtering to evaluate week-over-week trends
- Use quick actions — use the quick action buttons instead of navigating through menus
